Nigerian Youths, Future, Beyond The 2023 Election
The fate of the Nigerian nation and destiny beyond the 2023 election are a function of the turn out of youths across Nigeria at the polls.
Sadly, it is on record that youths don’t come out to vote at elections, yet they suffer the brunt of adverse effect of economic policies by government.
The youths hold the aces to overturn the numbers of traditional voters who are mostly people of the old generation. These people vote for old, entrenched, political parties of the APC and PDP. Both parties represent the status quo. The youths hold the aces to change Nigeria’s socio-economic fortunes if the nation must be liberated from the shackles of APC/PDP forces that currently hold her down from achieving her full potentials.
Elections are determined by votes, by majority votes. When there’s a massive turn out of voters, election riggers and their fellow vote buyers, will be outnumbered by the large turn out of voters. This is the role that youths are expected to lead in the 2023 elections. The future of Nigeria economic prosperity lies in the hands and role of her youths. The youths must resolve to massively come out and vote, to effect the change of leadership in the 2023 general elections.
