Major Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Officer to late military Head of State, General Sanni Abacha, yesterday visited Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike in Portharcourt.
Political watchers say the visit of Al-Mustapha may not be unconnected to the political permutations of the 2023 general elections.
Al-Mustapha is the presidential candidate of the Action Alliance.
